The Rodolfo Dordoni Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of its two scholarships for the Master’s in Design programme at POLI.design, Milan, for the 2025/2026 academic year. This year, the Foundation awarded: one international scholarship to Jihad Kandil, and one Italian scholarship to Ilaria Di Ridolfi.

Ilaria Di Ridolfi, aged 25, is a graduate in Interior Design from the Politecnico di Milano. Jihad Kandil, aged 33, holds a degree in Architecture from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Both students are enrolled in the XI Edition of the Master in Furniture Design – Learning from the Italian Experience at POLI.design. Through these scholarships, the Rodolfo Dordoni Foundation continues to honour Rodolfo Dordoni’s legacy by supporting emerging talent in design and promoting excellence, creativity, and international exchange within the discipline.

The Rodolfo Dordoni Foundation will shortly announce the launch of a design scholarship in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano. This is aimed to sponsor an individual student for a one-year Master’s program commencing in September 2026. Further details on candidate’s application shall be provided through a selection process managed by Politecnico di Milano and to be released in July 2025.
